104名正常少年儿童Χ线头影测量的侧貌美学评价

摘　　要：目的：评价正常　少年儿童侧貌的美学特点和发言特征。方法：采用X城头影测量方法，对104名正常　少年儿童X线头影侧量侧位片，分男女二组，男42人、女62人，进行唇形分类评价，并与美貌人群所得结果相比较。结果：Ⅱ、Ⅲ1、Ⅲ2型鼻唇颏关系占27．9％；面下1／3各部结构变异性较大．侧貌存在性别差异。结论：正常　者不等于侧貌美，但具侧貌协调的有利条件；鼻唇颏部变化是美学评价的基础；颅颌面存在的性别特点因生长发育会有部分改变。Objective: To evaluate esthetic features and development characteristics of lateral profile of children with normal occlusion. Methods:Roentgenographic cephalometry was used in this evaluation.Results: Types Ⅱ,Ⅲ1,and Ⅲ2 of the relations between the nose,lips and jaw account for 27. 9%; the structures of lower 1/3 of the faces vary greatly and there exlsts sex difference in lateral profile. Conclu-sions：Children with normal occlusion do not necessarily mean that they have a beautiful lateral profile,but that they only have the harmonious advantage in lateral profile. The alteration of the nose,lips and iaw is the basis for esthetic evaluation;the sex features existing in craniomaxillary region will partially change due to growth development.
