摘 要:目的通过环境香烟烟雾(ETS)染毒模型,观察香烟烟雾对大鼠血脂水平及体内脂质过氧化的影响。方法正常8周龄SD大鼠20只,随机分为二组:吸烟组(10只)和对照组(10只),吸烟组大鼠每天染毒2h。比较测定大鼠血脂水平和血清、肝脏和肺脏的MDA含量和SOD活性。结果吸烟组大鼠连续染毒8周后,血清TG明显高于对照组(P<0.05)、HDL-C明显低于对照组(P<0.05);血清和肝、肺组织中MDA含量明显升高(P<0.05)、而SOD活力明显降低(P<0.05)。结论环境香烟烟雾可引起大鼠血脂紊乱,并造成血液、肝脏和肺脏的脂质过氧化损伤。Objective To study effects of environmental tobacco smoking on serum liPids and lipid peroxidation in rats. Methods Twenty healthy 8 - week old SD rats were randomly divided into following 2 groups: smoking group (n = 10) and control group (n=10). The rats were exposed to ETS for 2 every day. The contents of serum lipids, MDA concentration, and the activity of SOD in serum, lung, and liver were measured respectively. Results After being exposed to ETS for 8 weeks, the levels of TG in smoking group were significantly higher than those of control group. The levels of HDL - C in smok- ing group were significantly lower than those of control group (P〈 0.05). The content of MDA in serum, lung, and liver of exposed rats was significantly higher than that of controls (P〈 0.05), while SOD activity was lower in serum, lung and liver of exposed rats (P〈0.05). Conclusion ETS leads to dyslipidemia, and induces'lipid peroxidation damages in blood, lung and liver of exposed rats.
