摘 要:目的研究盐酸克伦特罗对大鼠血清SOD活性、MDA含量及免疫器官的影响。方法每天给大鼠分别经口一次染毒30、15、7.5mg/kg的盐酸克伦特罗,同时设对照组,连续6d,第7d颈动脉取血并处死动物,测定血清中SOD(超氧化物歧化酶)活性、MDA(丙二醛)含量,观察对免疫器官的影响。结果盐酸克伦特罗可使大鼠血清中SOD活性显著降低,MDA含量明显升高,与对照组比较P<0.05或P<0.01,并对胸腺和脾脏产生不同程度的病理损伤。结论盐酸克伦特罗可破坏机体氧化与抗氧化的动态平衡,并损及机体免疫器官的结构和功能。Objective To study the effects of clenbuterol on the levels of SOD and MDA in serum and the pathological effects on immunological organs of the rats. Methods The rats were administered with clenbuterol at the doses of 30mg/ kg, 15mg/kg, and 7.5mg/kg each day. All rats were sacrificed seven days later, serum, spleen and thymus gland were col- lected for the detection. Results The level of SOD tended to be reduced with the increase of clenbuterol dosage, while the level of MDA seemed to be elevated with the increase of clenbuterol dosage. It was also found that clenbuterol was harmful to thymus gland and spleen when detected with pathological methods. Conclusions Clenbuterol could destroy the balance between oxidative stress and anti- oxidative function of the body, and it is also harmful to the structure of spleen and thymus gland.
