摘　　要：目的探讨睾丸恶性淋巴瘤的治疗方法及预后。方法对12例睾丸恶性淋巴瘤患者的临床资料进行分析。结果该病的主要临床症状为无痛性睾丸肿大,所有患者行根治性睾丸切除术及放化疗,1、3、5年生存率分别为100.0%、58.3%和30.0%。结论该病恶性程度高,预后差,术后应正规、足量化疗。Objective To analyse the treatment and prognosis of malignant lymphoma of the testis. Methods The data of 12 patients with testieular malignant lymphoma were analyzed. Results The primary clinical symptom was painless tumefaction. All patients received orchieetomy followed by chemotherapy and radiotherapy. The overall survival rates of 1 ,3 and 5 years were 100. 0% , 58.3% and 30. 0% respectively. Conclusion Malignant lymphoma of the testis has a high extent of malignance and poor prognosis. A regular and full dose of postoperative chemotherapy is necessary.
