摘　　要：血循环活动性微栓是导致脑梗塞等多种疾病的主要原因之一。本文报道各微柱的制备、兔动物模型的建立，分析活动性血循环做检经颅超声多普勒检测的意义。Circulating microemboli is one of the major causes of stroke. In the present study, a variety of microemboll were introduced and a new ammal model of circulating microemboli was established, the value of transcranial Doppler detection circulating microemboli was analyseed.
