摘 要:研究目的:南京市轨道交通1号线南延安德门—宁丹路区间,在左、右行车线两侧引出车辆段出入段线形成了三联拱大跨度隧道,且线路下穿5层楼房,该段结构设计复杂,施工分步多、工序转换多,施工开挖安全与其地面上方的五层楼房使用安全问题十分突出。三联拱隧道多采用分部开挖施工,然而采用不同的开挖和衬砌步序,对地层和上部建筑物的影响不同,因此,分析研究既保证施工安全又对楼房影响最小的施工先后步序是该段的关键技术。研究结论:通过对三联拱地段下穿5层楼房段的5种不同施工工序方案进行模拟分析,比较各方案引起的地层沉降和结构内力,得出中导洞法开挖,侧洞衬砌先行,再施做中间隧道的方案相比侧洞开挖、中导洞开挖、侧洞衬砌、最后施做主洞等其他几种方案,其对地层和楼房桩基底沉降最小,支护结构内力也最小,是5种方案中最优方案。Research purposes: A large span three -arch tunnel underpass five -floors building connecting line to depot beside the two main lines in the tunnel between Andemen Station and N is formed when a ingdanlu station of Nanjing metro. For construction of it, the design is complex, there are many construction steps and construction procedure changes frequently. The most important thing is the safety of excavation and the five - floors building. The divisional excavation construction is usually adopted for three - arch tunnel, but different methods of excavation and lining process have different influences on strata and upper building, so it is necessary to do research on the order of construction process for the purposes of guaranteeing the construction safety and reducing the influence on the building. Research conclusions: Through making simulation analyses of 5 construction schemes for three - arch tunnel and comparing the strata settlements and structure internal force of each scheme, the result shows that the scheme of " mid- pilot tunnel excavation, side tunnel lining in advanced and then constructing middle tunnel" is the best scheme compared with the other scheme, such as the scheme of "side tunnel excavation, the mid - pilot tunnel excavation, then side tunnel lining and finally constructing the main tunnel". Using this method, the strata and upper building have least settlement and the support structure has least inner force.
