摘 要:真菌多糖是从大型食用菌的子实体和菌丝体中分离的由10个以上的单糖通过糖苷键连接而成的高分子多聚物。近年来研究发现,真菌多糖是一种免疫调节剂,具有免疫调节活性,可通过多条途径、多个层面对免疫系统发挥调节作用,不仅能激活T、B淋巴细胞,巨噬细胞和自然杀伤细胞(NK)等免疫细胞,还能活化补体,促进细胞因子的生成,参与宿主特异性免疫与非特异性免疫,从而提高机体免疫功能。本文主要概括真菌多糖免疫调节活性的研究进展。Fungi polysaccharides were isolated from the fruiting body and mycelium of the large edible fungus, which were polymers linked bv more than 10 monosaccharidcs through glucoside keys. Recently many naturally occurring polysaccharides from fungi had been found to be a kind of immune regulator, which could play a regulatory role in a great deal of ways and at several levels in the immune system, not only to activate T, B lymphocytes, giant Macrophages, natural killer cells (NK)and other immune cells, but also activate complement and promote the production of cytokines so as to participate in the host-specific and non-specific immunities, thereby enhancing immune function. This passage is mainly mentioned to summarize the recent Studies on Immunomodulating Activity of Fungi polysaccharides.
