摘　　要：国际药学文摘(International Pharmaceutical Abstract,简称IPA)数据库是药学实践/药学研究专业数据库,通过对其介绍及与Medline的比较分析,展示它的独特性,是从事药学研究的专业人士及药学学生的首选检索工具。The paper introduces International Pharmaceutical Abstracts （IPA） database, which is a special database for pharmacy science. The specialty can be shown based on the characteristics of IPA itself and the comparison with Medline. IPA is a leading retrieval tool for students and professionals of pharmacy.
