摘　　要：目的探讨大肠癌组织MMP-3表达及其临床意义。方法用免疫组化SP法测定66例大肠癌组织及癌旁正常组织MMP-3表达,分析MMP-3表达与大肠癌临床病理因素之间的关系。结果癌组织和癌旁正常组织MMP-3表达有显著性差异(P<0.05)。癌组织MMP-3表达与淋巴结转移、血管侵犯、肝转移及肿瘤病理分期密切相关(P<0.05),与肿瘤部位、肿瘤大小、组织学类型及患者的性别和年龄等无关(P>0.05)。结论MMP-3表达同大肠癌生物学行为密切相关,可能与大肠癌的发生、发展及预后有关联。Objective To, we investigate cancerous tissue MMP-3 expression in patients with colorectal carcinoma and evaluate its clinic significance. Methods Immunohistochemical method was used to detect tissue MMP-3 expression in 68 patients with colorectal carcinoma and its relationship with many pathologic parameters. Result Tissue MMP-3 expression was found to be significantly elevated in patients with colorectal carcinoma, compared with normal tissue （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. There was a close relationship between tissue MMP-3 expression and the pathologic parameters such as presence of venous invasion, lymph node metastasis, liver metastasis and clinical-pathological stage （P 〈 0. 05）, but its relation to tumor site, histological type, age and sex was not significant （P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusions Tissue MMP-3 expression correlated significantly with biological behavior of colorectal carcinoma, the high expression of MMP-3 might be related with the occurrence and progress of colorectal cancer.
