摘　　要：目的探讨MMP-14与宫颈癌临床病理因子的关系。方法对42例宫颈癌MMP-14的表达进行免疫组化检测。结果MMP-14在正常宫颈组织及宫颈癌中的表达差异显著,不同组织分型及FIGO分期宫颈癌中MMP-14的表达无差异性,MMP-14在淋巴结转移组中的表达明显高于无淋巴结转移组。结论MMP-14与宫颈癌的侵袭有关,有利于判定宫颈癌的生物学行为和预后。Objective To investigate the relationship between expression of MMP-14 and clinicopathologic features of cervical carcinoma. Methods The expression of MMP-14 in 42 cases of cervical carcinoma was detected by using SP immunohistochemical technique. Results The difference of MMP-14 expression between cervical carcinoma and normal cervical tissues had statistical significance （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The positive expression of MMP-14 was correlated with lymph node metastasis（ P 〈 0. 05 ）, there was no relationship with pathological types and FIGO stage. Conclusions The expression of MMP-14 had a close relationship with the invasion of cervical carcinoma. Examination of expression of MMP-14 may be helpful to judge biological behavior and prognosis of cervical carcinoma.
