摘　　要：本文着重分析了医科院校学风建设的现状,并提出了改进的建议和具体措施:教、学、管三管齐下;加强学生社区文化建设。this paper analyze the actuality of build style of Study for medical college, it introduces some useful measures to solve the problem, such as make a point of teaching, studying and administering, so as to strengthen culture build for student community.
