硼替佐米治疗难治陛复发性多发性骨髓瘤疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨硼替佐米联合地塞米松治疗难治性复发性多发性骨髓瘤（MM）的临床疗效及不良反应。方法硼替佐米1．3mg／m^2静脉注射第1、4、8、11天，地塞米松20mg／d，第1天至第4天，第8天至第11天，第17天至第20天静脉滴注，21d为1个周期，双周期时，地塞米松20mg／d，第1天至第4天。结果经4～6个周期治疗，3例完全缓解，4例接近完全缓解，3例部分缓解。结论硼替佐米联合地塞米松治疗难治性复发性MM是较好的选择。Objective To analyze the effect of bortezomib together with dexamethsone on the treatment of refractory multiple myeloma. Methods Bortezomib at 1.3 mg/m^2 iv drop 1 d, 4 d, 8 d, 11 d. Dexamethasone 20 mg/d, 1-4 d, 8-ll d, 17-20 d. 21 days are used as a course. For hi-course dexamethasone was given by 20 mg/d, at 1-4 d. Results After 2-6 periods, 3 cases achieved completely recovery （CR）, 4 cases are near to completely recovery（CR）, 3 cases got partially recovery （PR）. Conclusion It is a good choice to treat refractory multiple myeloma by Bortezomib together with dexamethasone.
