摘　　要：目的:协作标定第2次世界卫生组织(WHO)低分子肝素分子量测定用对照品。方法:高效分子排阻色谱法(HPSEC)。结果:分别用WHO首批对照品和候选待标品测定7个市场上销售的具有不同分子量及分布的低分子肝素产品。结论:候选对照品可以作为第2次国际对照品使用。Objective：To establish the replacement molecular mass calibrant for low molecular weight heparin（ LMWH） for World Health Organization （WHO）. Method： High performance size exclusion chromatograghy （HPSEC）. Results：Seven different samples representative of currently marketed LMWH were determined with the current and candidate calibrants. Conclusion：The candidate calibrant was proposed as the 2nd international standards.
