摘  要:提出了一种新颖的方法来预测基因调控网络,即将模糊理论引入基因网络的构建。详细阐述了利用模糊理论为基因调控网络建模的机理,并初步建立了模糊基因网络,对进一步理解肿瘤与癌症的发生和发展机理有重要的借鉴意义。This paper put forward a novel method to forecast gene net that was inducing fuzzy theory. Firstly,permutation test was used to identify differently expressed genes after eliminating noise signal. Then the importance of a gene in classifying the normal and tumor was estimated based on the gene's entropy. In detail, negative big(NB) , negative middle(NM) , negative small(NS) , zero(O) , positive small(PS) , positive middle(PM) , positive big( PB )7 ranks were introduced to sort the different gene expression values. The relations between two genes were figured by seven "if-then-" rules according to genes' expression values. In eoneluslon,a new method to construct fuzz)' gene net model was introduced and it was useful to comprehend the occurrence and development of tumor and cancer. At last, MDM2-p53 fuzzy gene net is succeeding in describing the relations between them.
