摘　　要：在分析素质教育内涵的基础上,探讨了素质教育与创新人才培养的关系,并针对学生信息素质状况提出高校利用图书馆进行大学生信息素质教育的措施。Based on analyzing the connotation of information literacy education, this paper probes into the relationship between the literacy education and the cultivation of the innovative talents, and in the light of the conditions of students＇ information literacy, puts forward some measures for university to take advantages of the library to carry out the information literacy education for the students.
