摘　　要：探讨了如何运用语用礼貌原则中的得体准则、宽宏准则、恰当的称呼准则来指导图书馆服务语言的正确使用,并提出一些应用实例。This paper probes into the right use of the pragmatic politeness principles such as propriety principle, magnanimity principle, the proper salutation principle, and puts forward some application examples.
