摘 要:目的探讨家长参与对提高脑性瘫痪(简称脑瘫)患儿综合能力的影响。方法81例脑瘫患儿随机分为综合组和对照组,两组均采用Bobath、Vojta和Rood等神经生理学疗法,综合组同时指导家长进行家庭康复训练,治疗前后采用脑瘫儿童综合功能评定量表进行评定。结果治疗6个月后,两组患儿综合功能较治疗前明显提高(P<0.01),综合组得分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对脑瘫患儿进行康复治疗的同时,指导家长进行家庭康复训练更有利于提高脑瘫患儿的综合能力。Objective To explore the effect of patrents' participation on th rehabilitation treatment of the children with cerebral palsy. Methods 81 cases of cerebral palsy children were randomly divided into comprehensive group and control group. The patients of two groups were treated with neurodeveloprnent therapy while in the comprehensive groups, intructing the parents to offer necessary family comprehensive treatment and perform the comprehensive functional assessment before and after the treatment. Results After being trained for 6 months, functional scores of two groups were improved significantly (P〈0.01) and the function of the comprehensive group was improved significantly comparing with that of control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion It is more beneficial to instruct patrents to offer family comprehensive treatment while receiving neurodevelopment treatment at hospital.
