摘 要:试验发现,肾上皮质激素药物哈西奈德对鲁米诺与N-溴代丁二酰亚胺(BSMD)在碳酸钠-碳酸氢钠缓冲介质中反应所产生的化学发光(CL)有明显增强作用,且其增强程度与此药物的质量浓度在1.0×10^-6~1.0×10^-4g·L^-1之间呈线性关系,检出限(3S/N)为3×10^-7g·L^-1。根据上述结果并结合应用流动注射技术,提出了测定哈西奈德的流动注射化学发光方法。在浓度水平为4.0×10^-5g·L^-1条件下,按方法作11次平行试验,求得其相对标准偏差为3.0%。应用此法分析了3个哈西奈德药物的实样,并用药典方法进行对照试验。结果表明:两方法所得结果相符。The chemiluminescence (CL) produced by the reaction between luminol and N-bromosuccinimide (BSMD) in Na2CO3-NaHCO3 buffer medium was found to be strongly enhanced by the presence of halcinonede, an adrenocorticomimetic drug, and the magnitude of increase in CL-intensity was found to keep linear relationship with the concentration of halcinonede in the range of 1.0 × 10^-6 - 1.0 ×10^-4 g · L^-1, with a detection limit (3S/N) of 3 × 10^-7g · L^-1. Based on these facts and by applying the flow injection technique, a method of FI-CL determination of halcinonede in its preparation was proposed. Precision of the method was tested at the concentration level of 4.0×10^-5g · L^-1 by 11 determinations, and the value of RSD obtained was 3. 0%. In analyzing 3 substantial samples of the drug, results obtained by this method were in consistency with the results found by the method of pharmacopoeia
