摘　　要：给出一种汽车变速器疲劳试验台的监控系统设计。在组态软件WinCC开发环境下,利用C语言和VB语言,结合数据库技术,开发了该汽车变速器试验台监控系统;首先对汽车变速器试验台的总体方案进行设计,然后详细介绍了监控系统的软件设计与实现,并给出了监控系统的软件程序框图,概述了系统自动运行时速度/扭矩曲线参数设定的关键技术与难点,最后使用Profibus-DP实现了智能仪表与上位机及下位机通讯。A design of supervision control system of test-bed for automobile transmission was presented.The supervision control system of test-bed for automobile transmission was developed with the combination of C program and VB program technique with database technique under the environment of configuration software WinCC.Firstly,the overall scheme of test-bed for automobile transmission was established.Then,the software design and realize of supervision control system was described,and the frame chart of software program was provided.The key technology and difficulty in the exploitation of supervision control system was summarized.Lastly,the communication protocols of intelligent meter and PLC,Master PC and PLC are compiled with PROFIBUS-DP net work.
