摘　　要：目的探讨表面麻醉方法在小梁切除术中的有效性和安全性。方法60例患眼随机分为两组,试验组30眼在表面麻醉下施行小梁切除术,对照组30眼在球后麻醉下施行小梁切除术,分析、观察其麻醉效果。结果试验组和对照组麻醉效果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但球后出血、眼睑皮下出血、结膜下水肿等并发症发生率,试验组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论表面麻醉是青光眼小梁切除术一种安全可靠的方法。Objective To evaluate the effectiveness and safety of topical anesthesia in trabeculectomy. Methods The anesthesia effects： on trabeculectomy were compared between 30 cases of topical anesthesia and 30 cases of retrobulbar anesthesia. Resuits The anesthesia effects had no difference between the two groups （ P 〉 0.05）. But the complications in the group of retrobulbar anesthesia was higher than that of the group of topical anesthesia（ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Topical anesthesia is effective, safe and simple anesthesia alternative in routine anti - glaucomatous surgery. It is worthy to be applied widely.
