甲状腺相关性眼病导致的眼球突出症的三维适形放射治疗分析

摘　　要：目的分析甲状腺相关性眼病导致的眼球突出症的三维适形放射治疗。方法采用精确定位技术,通过螺旋CT扫描获取球后靶区及其周围组织的三维数据。结果基于三维治疗计划系统,设计双眼球后三维适形放疗计划,按200 cGy/次,1次/d,5次/周,总剂量为2 000 cGy进行照射。结论采用三维适形放疗技术治疗甲状腺相关性眼病导致的眼球突出症是有效的。射野的布置和剂量选择时,应避免累计剂量超过视神经的耐受剂量及眼结构中敏感的部分。Objective To analyze the eonformal radiotherapy for exophthalmos treatment of thyroid - associated ophthalmopathy. Methods Adopting accurate patient immobilization technique, three dimensional data of the target and the other tissues were gotten by using spired CT. Results Based on the three dimensional radiotherat）y planning system, the plan of the bilateral orbital conformal irradiation 2 000 cGy in 2 weeks was designed and the close - volume histograms was calculated. Conclusion Orbital eonformal radiotherapy was efficient in exophthalmos treatment of thyroid - associated ophthalmopathy. It can improve the symptoms, obtain objective responses and avoid surgical treatments. In the fields and close choosing, OAR（ orgen at risk） , such as lens and optic nerves, should be protected carefully.
