常温流动牙胶和碧兰糊剂封闭根管的疗效比较

摘　　要：目的:观察常温流动牙胶(Gutta-Flow)充填根管的临床疗效,并与碧兰糊剂进行比较。方法:选择76例慢性根尖周炎或慢性牙髓炎患者,90颗患牙,随机分成2组(每组45颗)。分别应用旋转镍钛锉预备根管后分别用碧兰糊剂加牙胶(对照组)和常温流动加牙胶(实验组)进行根管充填。术后1周及1年时评价临床疗效。结果:两组术后1周和1年的临床成功率无显著性差异。结论:常温流动牙胶对根管的封闭能力与碧兰糊剂无差异,可作为一种根管充填材料使用,但是远期疗效还有待于进一步观察。Objective：To determine the clinical effect of a recently developed silicon-based root canal filling material （GuttaFlow）.nethods：Ninty teeth with chronic periapical disease/ chronic puplpitis were divided into 2 groups （n=45）.The root canals were instrumented and obturated with cold laterally compacted gutta-percha and Cortisomo sealer（group 1）,and with Gutta-Flow technique（group 2）.The patients were recalled and observed according to the clincical symptom and radiography after 1 week and 8 months to 1.5 year （average 1 year）.Results：Int the first week,there were no significant differences of clinical symptom between the 2 groups.After 1 year there were no significant differences between Gutta-Flow and Cortisomo sealer techniques.Conclusion： Gutta-Flow technique showed a similar sealing ability to Cortisomo sealer and can be acceptable for root canal filling,but the long term clinical result is needed to be investigated.
