沉积法改性陶粒的制备及其氨氮和COD吸附性能

摘  要:以Fe(OH)3和Al(OH)3为改性剂,控制表面化学沉积的时间、反应温度、pH值等条件,制备涂铁陶粒滤料和涂铝陶粒滤料,分析了改性滤料对氨氮的静态去除能力。研究表明,改性陶粒对氨氮和COD的吸附能力得到显著提高。涂铝陶粒的氨氮去除能力可达到原陶粒的3倍,涂铁陶粒的氨氮去除能力可达到原陶粒的5.5倍;涂铁、涂铝陶粒对COD的去除能力分别是原陶粒的2倍和2.8倍。改性陶粒的pH值也比原陶粒有所提高。经过SEM分析得到,沉积法有效地增大了改性陶粒的比表面积和表面粗糙度,并且产生了丰富的羟基官能团,强化了化学吸附和物理吸附能力。This paper is focused on the preparation of ceramic filter coated iron and ceramic filter coated aluminum by using Fe (OH) 3 and Al (OH) 3 as a modifier and controlling surface chemical deposition time, reaction temperature and pH conditions, and the COD and highlights the capacity of static removal of ammonia nitrogen. The study suggests that the modified ceramic exhibits significantly improved adsorption capacity of COD and ammonia and the ceramics filter coated aluminum gives the ammonia removal capacity 3 times as much as ceramics; the ceramics filter coated iron offers the ammonia removal capacity 5.5 times as much as the ceramics ; ceramics filter coated iron and aluminum shows the COD removal capacity 2 times and 2.8 times as much as the ceramics. Modified ceramics displays increased pH. The SEM analysis reveals that deposit method allows the surface area and surface roughness of ceramics to be increased effectively, a wealth of hydroxy functional groups to be produced, and the chemical and physical adsorption capacity to be strengthened.
