摘　　要：介绍了核心竞争力的含义,陈述了图书馆核心竞争力的内涵及现状,分析了核心竞争力的影响因子,并提出了提高校图书馆核心竞争力的策略。This paper introduces the connotations of core competitive power, elaborates the connotations and present situation of core competitive power of the library, analyzes the impact factors of core competitive power, and advances some strategies for strethengning the core competitive power of university library.
