摘 要:通过温度、pH、梯度总糖浓度以及调pH试剂等因素对玉米皮水解糖液存放过程中总糖浓度变化趋势的影响进行深入研究,实验结果表明:选取NaOH作为调pH试剂比较经济,且选择在80~160g/L、pH4.0条件下存放可较好保存糖液品质,确定出在0~48h范围内可选择低温(4℃)至室温(20℃)条件下存放,而48~120h范围内只能选择低温存放(4℃),室温条件下较长存放时间的糖液易被环境微生物发酵利用掉,为玉米皮水解糖液的短期存放提供一定的帮助。In this article, the change trends of total sugar concentration of hemicellulose multicomponent hydrolysate in deposit process were studied by some main factors, such as temperature, pH, concentration gradient of total sugar and alkaline agent for changing pH value. The result showed NaOH was the reasonable agent for changing pH value of cornhusk hydrolysate, and cornhusk hydrolysate could be preserved in the below conditions: pH value is pH4.0 and the sugar concentration of corn hydrolysate was from 80 g/L to 160 g/ L, multicomponent hydrolysate could be deposited within 48 h at the room temperature(20℃) or the low temperature(4℃) and must be preserved within 48-120 hours at the low temperature(4℃) from harmful fermentation by microorganism. So it could supply some helpful methods for the deposit process of cornhusk hydrolysate.
