摘  要:对一株新放线菌种:橙黄疣孢菌(YIM013T=CCTCC 207012T=KCTC 19195T)Verrucosispora aurantiaca(待发表)中黄色素的提取方法和色素的稳定性作了探索性研究,分别对所提取的黄色素进行光谱特征以及在温度、pH值、光照、紫外光照射、金属离子条件下的稳定性的测定。实验结果表明:该色素在472nm有强吸收。超声波破碎法提取色素效果优于有机溶剂浸提法,而且该黄色素在甲醇和水中溶解度良好,在常温下及中性pH条件下很稳定,在酸性环境或高温条件下较稳定;基本不受金属离子影响;对紫外光很稳定,对日光耐受性较好;对常见细菌、真菌无拮抗性。Extraction conditions, basic properties and stablity of the pigment from verrucosispora aurantiaca(will be published) were invetigated in this paper. It was tested that the effects of pH, temperature, light, UV, some kinds of ions on stability of this pigment. The results showed that its maxium absorption wavelength is 472.0 nm. Ultrasonic extraction method was better than organic solvent extraction method in this research. This yellow pigment is classifed to water-soluble and methyl-alcohol-soluble pigment. It is very stable in room temperature and neutral pH value, and it stable also below 80℃ and in acid condition. Most metal ions have no bad effects on it. The pigment has a good resistence to UV and sunlight. It has no antimicrobal activity to the bacteria, yeast and fungi.
