摘  要:用气相色谱-微波诱导等离子体原子发射光谱(GCMIPAED)对土壤中的路易氏剂的测定方法进行了研究。用稀盐酸萃取土壤中的路易氏剂或它的降解产物2-氯乙烯亚胂酸,再与1,3-二巯基丙烷反应生成挥发性环状化合物。用甲苯萃取衍生物,在480192、181397、189042nm波长处分析检测了衍生物中的氯、硫、砷等元素的发射信号。检测限为10pg。路易氏剂的加标回收率在7120%~8788%之间。A method for the determination of microamount of Lewisite in soil by gas chromatography microwave induced plasma atomic emission detection (GC MIP AED)is described Lewisite and its degradation products in soil were extracted with dilute hydrochloric acid (1+19),and were then reacted with 1,3 dimercaptopropane to yield volatile cyclic derivatives The derivatives were extracted with toluene,and determined by GC MIP AED,by using lines at 480 192,181 279,and 189 042 nm for chlorine,sulfur and arsenic,respectively The detection limit for Lewisite is 10 pg,while the recovery is in the range of 71 20%~87 88% The RSD is less than 5% ( n =6)
