摘　　要：目的了解胆囊肿瘤的发病情况以及与胆囊癌之间的关系。方法回顾性分析355例胆囊肿瘤手术切除的临床及病理学资料。结果355例胆囊肿瘤中良性肿瘤占94.18%(334/355)。恶性肿瘤占5.92%(21/355),恶性肿瘤倾向于高龄,肿瘤直径>1 cm,广基,单发,合并有胆囊结石者。结论胆囊肿瘤中恶性者比例较高,应采取积极的治疗措施。特别是年龄>50岁及合并有胆囊结石者。Objective To study the incidence of gallbladder tumor. Methods The retrospective analysis was conducted on 355 cases of gallbladder tnmor according to their pathological data and clinical treatment of surgical resection. Results Those with senility, tumor diameter greater than 1 cm, broad base and single tumor combined with gallstones tended to suffer from cancer. Conclusion The incidence of the malignant tumor in gallbladder tumor is high, so active treatment measure should be taken especially in those uldcr than 50 years of age and associated with gallstones.
