摘　　要：目的评价everStick PERIO高强纤维夹板在前牙外伤中的应用效果。方法选择12例因训练和运动导致上前牙移位和半脱位的门诊男性军人,采用everStick PERl0高强纤维夹板对松动牙进行固定。固定8周后通过临床检查和X线检查,评估everStick PERIO高强纤维夹板的临床应用效果。结果12例患者的高强纤维夹板稳固,无松脱;牙龈组织健康,无红肿;去除夹板后检查外伤牙均无明显松动,无叩痛;X线片检查未见根尖异常,牙槽骨无吸收,骨硬板连续一致。结论对于外伤所致的上前牙移位和半脱位的病例,采用ever-Stick PERIO高强纤维夹板对松动牙进行固定是较为理想的选择。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of EverStick PERIO on incomplete luxation of teeth. Methods A total of 12 military officers and soldiers, whose maxillary anterior teeth were incompletely luxated due to injuries in training, were recruited. Thcir incompletely luxated teeth were fixed by EverStick PERIO. After eight weeks, the condition of EverStick PERIO and the periodontal and radiographic signs were recorded. Results After eight weeks, the EverStick PERIO was stable and the periodontal tissue was healthy. Conclusion The treamlcnt with EvcrStick PERIO is a good approach to the fixation of incompletely luxated teeth.
