摘　　要：本文通过对28例肝癌及癌旁组织的C-erbB-2和P_(53)蛋白的免疫组化研究,结果提示C-erbB-2与P_(53)蛋白表达有显著的协同性,从而探讨肝癌的发生机理。It is believed that C-erbB-2 is a oncogene and P53 is a antitumor gene. By the immunohistochemical method, the expressions of C-erbB-2 and P53 from the tissues in liver carcinoma and by liver carcinoma were studied. The results suggested that the expres sions between C-erbB-2 and P53 had a notable cooperation, it may be play a critical role in hepatocarcinogenesis.
