改良腭咽环扎腭裂整复术的远期疗效观察

摘　　要：对在1985～1993年应用改良腭咽环扎术所整复127例病人通过随访观察了远期疗效。结果:创口Ⅰ期愈合121例,占95.3％;小穿孔6例,占4.7％。语音评定:优良38例,占30％;良好81例,占64％;不良8例,占6％;总优良率为94％。术后近远期腭咽闭合功能均有不同程度改善。During the period from March. 1985 to March, 1993, we made accompanying observations on 127 patients who had been op erated on with the improved Palato-pharyngeal Ring Tied operation. Results: healing by first intention was 121 cases (95. 3% of the total); minor perforation was 6 cases (4. 7%). Speech and voice effect: the excellent was 38 cases (30%); the good was 81 cases (64%); not so good was 8 cases (6%). The rate of the excellent and good is 94%. The palato-pharyngeal Closure Function of the patients have been improved in varying degree soon and long after the operation.
