摘　　要：ERP做为企业实现信息化的平台,已被越来越多的企业所接受,并将其运行置于ERP的环境中。基于此背景,本文对ERP环境下如何进行会计业务流程重组进行了探讨,借鉴业务流程重组的相关理论,对某公司现有的采购付款业务流程分别从观念、信息处理流程和组织结构三方面进行了重组,具一定的现实意义。As a platform for promoting informatization, ERP has an very important part in improving the economic efficiency of the enterprises. And nowadays, more and more erterprises make their production in the environment of ERP. This paper mainly discusses how to reengineer the accounting process in the base of the mathod and thoery of BPR, it analyzes and reengineers the purchase setthment process of acampany in the aspects of the notion, process and the or ganization structure, and has anvery important significance.
