大青叶营养成分分析

摘　　要：[目的]为开发利用大青叶植物资源提供科学依据。[方法]分析大青叶中各营养成分的含量。[结果]结果表明,大青叶含有丰富的矿质元素、维生素和多种营养成分,至少含有17种氨基酸,其中7种为人体必需的氨基酸。总糖含量、谷氨酸含量、VB2含量和K含量较高。[结论]开发利用大青叶将会产生较大的经济效益和社会效益。[Objective]The purpose was to provide the scientific basis for utilizing foliage resources of Isatis indigotica Fort.[Method]The nutrient components content of leaves from Isatis indigotica Fort.were analyzed.[Result]The results indicated that mineral elements,fiber,proteins,carbohydrates,vitamins,β-carotene and 17 amino acids were detected,and 7 amino acids were prerequisite for human body.The content of total surga,glutamic acid,VB2 and K were higher than others.[Conclusion] Exploiting and utilizing the leaves from Isatis indigotica Fort.will bring biggish economical and social benefits.
