摘  要:探讨大鼠海马结构缺血再灌注损伤机理及绞股蓝皂甙抗缺血再灌注损伤的作用。结果:IR组海马组织中MDA含量高于SOC组(P<0.01),而SOD含量低于SOC组(P<0.01),差异非常显著;IR+GP组海马组织中MDA含量明显低于IR组(P<0.01),而SOC含量明显高于IR组(P<0.01),IR组海马组织Na+-K+-ATPase,Ca2+-ATPase的活性明显低于SOC组(P<0.01),IR+GP组Na+-K+-ATPase、Ca2+-ATPase活性基本恢复。同时电镀观察神经组织的损害也有明显差异。提示绞股蓝总皂甙能提高SOC的活力,减少脂质过氧化物的生成,减轻海马结构缺血再灌注损伤。其作用机理与抗氧化作用,改善ATP酶的功能有关。In order to investigate the mechanism of ischemia reperfusion (IR) injury of hippocampal structure and the protective effect of gynostemma pentaphyllum(GP) on the neuronal damage,tissue superoxide dismutase (SOD)activity,ATPase activity,malondialehyde(MDA) content and ultrastructure changes in the hippocampus were observed.The result showed that in comparing with ischemia reperfusion group,hippocampal SOD activity was higher(P<0.01).MDA content was lower(P<0.01)and ATPase activity was higher in the IR+GP and sham operated control group.In addition,the neurous tissue damage observed under electron microscope also showed notable discrepancy.The result suggested that GP could increase SOD activity,reduce lipid peroxidation,reduce neuronal damage in the IR injury of hippocampal structure.
