摘  要:近年来中国木地板业产销规模日益壮大,被世界公认为木地板生产大国。由于木地板生产相对准入门槛比较低,企业众多、单个企业规模过小成为中国木地板业的重要特征。随着2006年以来木地板市场环境的恶化,这个特征逐渐成为制约木地板业发展的桎梏。规模化、集中化是中国木地板业发展的必然趋势。在中国木地板业的整合过程中,单纯依靠惨烈的市场竞争过程进行优胜劣汰,行业付出的代价过于沉重,速度过于缓慢。以战略联盟为形式的合作竞争模式应当成为中国木地板业整合的有效方式。The yield and sale scale of the wood flooring in China have gone up quickly in recent years, and China has been acknowledged as a big country in wood flooring production in the world. Because gaining admittance to wood flooring industry is relatively easy, numerous quantity of enterprises and over-small scale have become the important characters of China's wood flooring industry. With the worsening of wood flooring market condition from 2006, the characters have turned into the factors restricting the industry development. Integration, scalization and centralization, will be the inevitable trend in China's wood flooring industry development. If the intergration is actualized only through market competition, it will take a lot of time and the industry will has much to be paid for. Cooperating competition based on the form of strategic alliance should be a valid model to accelerate the integration of China's wood flooring industry.
