骨与关节肿瘤及瘤样病变4327例统计分析

摘　　要：我院自１９５８～１９９４年４月经病理证实的骨与关节肿瘤及瘤样病变共计４３２７例，其中原发良性骨肿瘤１５４５例（３５．７０％），骨巨细胞瘤５００例（１１．５６％），恶性骨肿瘤１０４６例（２４．１７％），转移瘤３８１例（８．８０％），瘤样病变４６１例（１０．６５％），关节滑膜瘤及瘤样病变３９４例（９．１０％）。良性骨肿瘤以骨软骨瘤发病率最高，计５９５例（３８．５１％），软骨瘤次之（２３．８８％）；恶性骨肿瘤以骨肉瘤最多３４８例（３３．２７％），软骨肉瘤次之（２５．１４％）；瘤样病变以纤维异样增殖症最多１９３例（４１．８７％），骨囊肿次之（２８．２０％）。良、恶性骨肿瘤均以１１～３０岁多见，分别为５６．１１％及５７．０３％。其好发部位均以股骨和胫骨最多见，分别为３７．１５％及４３．６６％。An analysis of 4327 cases of tumors and tumorlike lesions was made from April 1958 to April 1994 encontered in Tianjin Hospital. There were 1545 cases of primary benign tumors(35.70%), 500 cases of giant cell tumor of bone(11.56%) ,1046 cases of primary malignant tumor (24.17%), 381 cases of metastatic tumors(8.80%),461 cases of tumor like lesions(10.68%) and 394 cases of joint synovial tumor and tumor like lesion (9.10%). Among the benign tumors, osteochondroma is the most common (38.51%) and then follows the chondroma (23.88%). Among the malignant tumors,osteosarcoma is the most common (33.27%) and the next is the chondrosarcoma (25.14%). Fibrous dysplasia is the most commonly seen among the tumor like lesions (41.87%) and then is the bone cyst (28.20%). In this series, the benign (56.11%) or the malignant (57.03%) bone tumor occurred frequently in the age range of 11-30 years of age. Femur (37.15%) and the tibia (43.66%) were the most common sites of the bone tumors.
