摘 要:利用土柱模拟实验,研究冻融和枯落物对土壤淋溶液的影响.结果表明,冻融提高了土壤淋溶液中TN,NH4+-N,TP,PO43-的浓度和流失量,而降低了DOC,NO3--N浓度和流失量.在31d淋溶实验中,枯落物干重残留率为91.81%,C、N、P的残留率分别为81.96%,65.22%和88.89%;枯落物显著提高淋溶液中的C、N、P的含量和流失量(NH4+-N除外),说明枯落物是生态系统重要的营养库;枯落物的C、N、P释放量远远高于淋溶液的C、N、P流失量,表明湿地土壤是枯落物释放出C、N、P的重要汇.Soil columns leaching experiment was used to investigate the dynamics of leaching loss of nutrients in wetland soil affected by freeze-thaw and litter in Sanjiang Plain, Northern China. The soil was the source of nutrients, freeze-thaw significantly increased the content and amount of TN, NH4+-N, TP, PO43 in the leachate, but decreased the content and loss amount of DOC and NO3 -N. During the 31-day leaching experiment, the residual dry mass of litter was 91.81%, and the residual mass C, N and P were 81.96%, 65.22% and 88.89% respectively. The litter significantly increased the content and loss amount of C, N and P in leachate (expect NHa+-N), indicating that litter was an important nutrients source in wetland ecosystems. Meanwhile, the released amounts of C, N and P from litter were higher than the amount of C, N and P in leachate, suggesting that the soil was a nutrient sink for nutrients released from the liter.
