原发性闭角型青光眼胰岛功能的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨原发性闭角型青光眼与糖代谢之间的关系。方法检测３６例原发性闭角型青光眼患者和４０例正常人的口服葡萄糖耐量试验（葡萄糖７５ｇ）及血清胰高血糖素、Ｃ—肽和皮质醇水平。结果病人组糖耐量异常率及空腹血糖和血清皮质醇水平比正常对照组明显增高（Ｐ＜０．０５～Ｐ＜０．０１），而血清胰高血糖素及Ｃ—肽水平却未相应增高。结论原发性闭角型青光眼患者的胰岛功能减退，应注意改善该病患者的胰岛功能和纠正糖耐量异常。ObjectiveTo　investigate　the　relation　between　primary　angleclosure　glaucoma　and　glucose　metabolism.MethodsThe　oral　glucose　tolerance　test(OGTT,glucose　75　g)and　the　serum　levels　of　glucagon,Cpeptide　and　cortisol　were　measured　in　36　patients　with　primary　angleclosure　glaucoma　and　40　agematched　normal　controls.ResultsThe　percentage　of　impaired　glucose　tolerance　and　the　serum　level　of　cortisol　were　significantly　higher　in　glaucoma　than　in　the　normal　controls(P<0.05～P<0.01).The　serum　levels　of　glucagon　and　Cpeptide　were　not　significantly　different　between　the　two　groups.ConclusionIt　is　indicated　that　the　pancreatic　islet　function　is　insufficient　in　glaucoma.It　could　be　important　for　the　patients　with　primary　angleclosure　glaucoma　to　improve　the　pancreatic　islet　function　and　glucose　tolerance.
