摘  要:对发动机配气机构中凸轮与挺柱摩擦副的润滑情况进行分析研究,用弹性流体润滑设计方法,推导出凸轮曲率半径,为发动机配气机构凸轮的设计提出了一种新型的设计思路,减少了传统设计中通过实验得出结论的既复杂又缺少理论依据的状况。Lubrication situation of the friction pair between cam and tappet in the admission gear of engine was studied. The curvature radius of the cam was derived based on elastic fluid lubrication design method. A new design thinking for cam design of the admission gear of engine was put forward, and this can improve the current situation that drawing the conclusion through the experiment in traditional design, which has the defect of complexity and absence in them7 basis.
