摘　　要：实验性闭塞一侧大脑中动脉的大鼠24h后检测其心肌酶活性，结果表示：局部脑缺血24h的大鼠，与假手术对照组相比心肌组织Na+-K+-ATPase，Ca2+-ATPase活性均有明显降低，说明脑缺血可造成心肌酶活性不同程度改变。In this paper, activities of different myocardial enzymes were measured after 24h cerebral ischemia in rats. The results showed that the activities of Na+ - K+ - ATPase, Ca2+- A TPase and superoxide dismutase in myocardial tissue decrease obviously after cerebral ischenda, but malondialdehyde content is higher, compared with that of the control group. It was suggested that the cerebral ischemia caused the changes of myocardial enzyme activitie partly.
