猪H-FABP基因启动子区一个新SNP及其在几个猪种中的分布

摘　　要：通过设计3对引物,采用测序的方法研究猪H-FABP基因启动子区多态性发现,在该基因起始密码子ATG上游启动子区224 bp处存在1处新的突变位点(T-C),命名为H-FABP-proT224C。运用PCR-RFLP方法研究该位点在东北民猪、北京黑猪、长白猪、大白猪中的分布发现,只有肌内脂肪含量高的东北民猪中存在该突变,说明该突变位点很有可能与肌内脂肪含量相关。Single nucleotide polymorphisms （SNPs） in H-FABP gene promoter region were detected in present study. A new SNP （T-C） was found at-224 bp, named H-FABP-proT224C, from the initiation codon （ATG） in promoter region. Distributions of H- FABP-proT224C in Min, Beijing Black, Landrace and Large White pigs were investigated. The SNP was found only in Min pig with more intramuscular fat content （IMF） provide the support that H FABP proT224C could play an important role on IMF.
