摘　　要：分析了我国房地产企业的四种开发模式,剖析了建立以房产经营为主的开发模式对我国房地产业的影响,并提出了推动我国房地产开发模式转变的对策和建议。China＇ s real estate market is at a turning point,it is very important that we make sure how to go with the tide, take the opportunity and seize the initiative. This article analyses four development models of real estate enterprises in China, analyses the influence on China＇s real estate industry by establishing a real estate business-oriented development model, and provides the countermeasure and advice on how to push the change of the real estate development model in China.
