摘　　要：从我国目前有关物权请求权与诉讼时效的法律现状入手,对我国物权请求权的概念、物权请求权类型、物权请求权的特殊性以及物权请求权在何种情形下适用诉讼时效等有关制度进行了阐述。Starting from the current legal status of claim of property right and limitation of actions in China, the author makes detailed study on the concept, type and the peculiarity of claim right in addition to the system on application of limitation of actions.
