摘　　要：目的:探讨肺癌和乳腺癌的证候分类情况及其与T淋巴细胞亚群的关系。方法:采用序贯随机化方法纳入98例确诊肺癌病例和86例乳腺癌病例,治疗前分别采集所有患者的16项常见症状并检测外周血T淋巴细胞亚群;分别用因子分析法对那些症状进行分类,并把两者结果进行对比,在此基础上用多元相关分析法分析各自证候分类与T淋巴细胞亚群的相关性。结果:肺癌和乳腺癌症状因子分析共得到4个公因子,这些公因子所组合的症状群包括肺胸部疾病特异性的症状群(代表胸肺不利证候)和一般性症状群(代表气阴两虚证候),其中气阴两虚证候积分与CD4+、CD4+/CD8+有显著的负相关性(P<0.05),与CD8+有显著的正相关性(P<0.05)。结论:对不同疾病的症状进行因子分析、对比分析并探索其与现代医学指标的关系,不但能够印证传统证候分类的科学性,而且能够揭示疾病间的内在联系,为中医异病同治的理论提供科学依据。Objective： To explore syndrome differentiations of lung cancer and breast cancer and their correlations with T lymphocyte subsets. Methods：98 patients with confirmed diagnosis as lung cancer and 86 patients with confirmed diagnosis as breast cancer were randomly brought into this study. 16 items of often seen symptoms and T lymphocyte subsets of all patients were collected and examined before treatment, then syndrome differentiations was analyzed by factor analysis. The correlations of various common factors with T lymphocyte subsets were analyzed by multiple correlation analysis. Results：Four common factors were obtained from symptoms of lung cancer and breast cancer, which could be induced into two symptomatic assemblages including respectively distinctive lung-breast symptoms and general symptoms due to qi-yin insufficiency. The qi-yin insufficiency syndrome differentiation showed negative correlation with CD^4＋ and CD4^＋/CD^8＋（P 〈 0.05） however positive correlation with CD^8＋（ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion ： Conducting factor analysis on symptoms of different diseases could not only prove the scientific nature of traditional syndrome differentiation but also reveal the internal relationship among diseases that provides scientific evidences for the theory of treating different diseases with the same therapeutic principle.
