摘　　要：西山电力调度自动化系统采用先进的面向对象的设计思想,遵循标准的软件工程模式,基于IEC 61970 CIM/CIS模型进行研发设计,建立起了开放式、分布式的平台系统,并在此基础上满足SCADA、EMS、DMS、TMR等诸多应用的需求,具有良好的可扩展性。是一个面向超大型配网自动化控制中心应用的新一代能量管理系统。Xishan power dispatching automation system adopts the advanced and abject - oriented design ideas, follows standard software engineering model, based on IEC 61970 CIM/CIS model carries out research and development design, establishes the open, distributed platform system, and on this basis satisfies the application demands of SCADA, EMS, DMS,TMR and so on, has the good expandability. It is a new generation energy management system of facing ultralarge type distribution net automation control centre.
