摘　　要：教育经费问题一直是制约我国西部民族地区农村义务教育发展的重要因素之一。本文在对内蒙古东乌珠穆沁旗、青海海晏县和广西西林县三地实地调研的基础上,从义务教育经费支出的基本趋势上来阐述西部民族地区农村义务教育经费投入不足、公用经费不足、师资外流、普遍负债等问题。为此,中央政府应加大对西部民族地区义务教育经费的投入力度,而且投入应区别对待,并积极化解义务教育负债等问题。Education expense is one of the important factors to hinder the development of rural compulsory. education in ethnic regions in West China. On the basis of field investigations of Dongwuzhumuqinqi in Inner Mongolia, Haiyan Cot, nty in Qinghai Province and Xilin County in Guangxi Province, this paper intends to discuss the problems of insufficient education expense, shortage of public expense, brain drain of teachers and heaW debt of rural compulsory education in ethnic regions in West China according to the basic trend of expense spending of compulsory education. The central government should increase financial investment for compulsory education and make special policies for those regions to reduce debt of compulsory education.
