摘　　要：人文素质教育对人才综合素质的培养与塑造具有不可替代的作用。文章通过对湖南省比较典型的两所高职院校学生人文素质教育现状的调查与分析,找出了当前高职院校人文素质教育存在的若干问题,并提出了加强高职院校人文素质教育的思路与对策。The quality of education in the humanities plays an irreplaceable role on the overal quality of personnel training and creating. Based on investigation and analysis of the quality of education in the humanities in two typical higher vocational college in Hunan, the paper finds out the current exist a number of issues in the quality of education in the humanities in the higher vocational college, and puts forward some ideas and countermeasures to strengthen the quality of education in the humanities in higher vocational college.
