摘　　要：目的:建立麝香祛风湿油微生物限度检查方法。方法:取1∶10的供试液1 mL加45℃、pH7.0无菌氯化钠-蛋白胨缓冲液稀释后进行薄膜过滤,用250 mL、45℃上述缓冲液分5次冲洗。结果与结论:该方法可以有效地去除麝香祛风湿油抗菌成分,使加菌回收率达到满意的效果。Objective： To establish a method for microbial limit test of Shexiang Qufengshi Oil. Method： 1 mL（ 1： 10） tested solution was diluted with pH 7.0 buffer solution of sterilized NaCI -Polypeptone （45 ℃ ） and filtrated by membrance and then the filter membrance was wished with 250 mL pH7.0 buffer solution of sterilized NaCl-Polypeptone （45℃） for 5 times. Result and Conclution： The proposed method can effectively eliminate the bacteriostasis effects of Shexiang Qufengshi Oil and its bacteria return ratio was satisfactory.
