摘　　要：以LTE为代表的3.9G移动通信方式的出现,将帮助手机从传统束缚中解脱出来,手机的功能会在短时间内迅速增加。升级到更便宜、数据通信速度更快的3.9G,不仅能引起手机业的商业模式变革,也将打破用户与设备商对手机的传统观念。未来很有可能会陆续出现许多目前根本无法想像的设备,手机可能不再只是移动电话,而脱胎成为新的移动设备。The 3.9G mobile communication mode,represented by LTE (long-term evolution),is meant to free cellphone from previous restrictions and vastly increases the number of possible functions.The shift to 3.9G,which will enable inexpensive and fast data communication,combined with changes in the cellphone business model,will blow away the fixed notions about cellphones held by users and device manufacturers.The potential exists for previously unimagined devices to emerge.A new cellphone that exists completely outside the box of'mobile telephone'will be born.
