外伤性无光感眼玻璃体视网膜联合手术临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨外伤性无光感眼进行玻璃体视网膜联合手术的效果及影响因素。方法对22例（22眼）外伤性无光感眼进行玻璃体视网膜联合手术的临床资料进行回顾性分析，包括手术效果及其影响因素等。结果全部患者随访5个月以上，13眼（59．09％）获得解剖复位及功能修复，3眼获得解剖修复。16眼（72．73％）视力改善或提高（视力为光感～0．3），仍无光感者6眼（27．27％）。结论玻璃体视网膜联合手术是治疗外伤性无光感眼的有效方法。Objective To disuss the effects and relating factors of vitreous-reinal surgery for injuried eyes with no light perception. Methods 22 cases （22 eyes） of vitreous-retinal surgery of injuried eyes with no light perception were analysed, including the effects and relating factors. Results All cases were followed up more than 5 months. 13 cases （ 59% ） had got attached retina and visual acuity recovery. The retina in 3 cases was attached. The visual aeuities of 16 cases（73% ）were from light perception to 0.3. 6 cases （27%）remained no light perception. Conclusion The vitreousretinal surgery is effective method in treating injuried eyes with no light perception.
